I know this question has been asked a million times, yet there never seems to be an answer, only people saying "keep with it." So if I lift every other day what is the the rough estimate for how long it will take me to notice muscle growth? I mean this in feeling somewhat stronger. Also, roughly how long would it take to see muscle growth? This is all assuming that I work out every other day until I get to the point where my muscles feel week from the lifting.
